Happy Monday! ☕️🍪

Have you seen the viral New York Times chocolate chip cookie recipe? I've had it saved for a couple months and finally made them! Wow, there is a lot of chocolate packed into these cookies but man are they good! AND I even used 1 less bar of chocolate.

I just finished my 5th book of the year and I’m excited to start my next! I really wish it wasn’t Monday because I’m in the mood to sit on the couch all day reading and eating cookies!
