The first line of the book: “I am finishing up dinner with my family and my fiancé when my husband calls.”⁠

After that first line you know instantly this book is going to make you cry! This book caused me so much stress. Like I felt panicked pretty much the whole way through. I felt awful for everyone the whole time. I guess that means it was well written, huh? I was constantly trying to put myself in Emma, Jesse and Sam's shoes. Like what would I do?⁠

I kept going back and forth on how I wanted the story to end but the decision that TJR made was the right one. I still cried like a baby but I was happy to know that everyone lived happily ever after! I highly recommend this book! Once you get into it you won't be able to put it down!
