This book has it all. Baking, romance, small town and big city and twins swapping places and falling in love! I love holiday books and especially ones with baking! I enjoyed getting to know both Charlie and Cass and then seeing them fill each other's shoes. Charlie wanted out of the small town and to make a name for herself and she did, but is that what really makes her happy? And Cass was stuck in her small town after Charlie left to take over the bakery but if Charlie hadn’t left would she have stayed? I’ll let you find out! Both woman grow so must over the course of the book! And of course they fall in love! Jake, the sexy small town firefighter that lives with his grandma and brings her in daily to get her lemon bars and Miguel the big city physician’s assistant that gets together every week with his big family and has their own baking competitions! You will fall in love with them just like I did!⁠

It’s the perfect winter romance novel to curl up with this Christmas and the ending was definitely worthy of a Hallmark movie. I urge everyone who loves rom-coms and hallmark Christmas movies to give this a read!
